Welcome to Yoga Circle

Studio Etiquette

Welcome to Our Studio!

Before entering the studio, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes and place them in the cubbies.

For a peaceful environment, we encourage you to leave your cell phones with your belongings out of the studio room, or in your car.

Remember to silence your smart watch to respect the focus of your fellow students and teacher. We are not responsible for lost belongings but we do have a lost and found bin.

Prior to classes, we appreciate keeping chatter to a minimum within the studio room, as this may be a precious time for someone to unwind and take a moment for themselves.

If you need to leave early, simply inform your teacher and place your mat by the door.

Please ensure to wipe down all your equipment after class, as a thoughtful gesture for the next group of students.

If you’re new to our studio, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before class for a brief orientation. Let’s make the most of our time together and create a harmonious space for all.

I’m new to Yoga, Pilates or strength classes, which classes should I take?

For Yoga, we recommend beginning with our Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Movement Foundations, or Slow Flow + Deep Stretch classes. For strength, we recommend getting started with the Fusion Fit Foundations class. These are a great place for those brand new or seasoned students as we give many variations. For Pilates Reformers, our reformer classes are all levels. We do offer Private and semi private classes, based on studio and instructor availability. If you are more comfortable starting with a private session or private group session, where you will learn the mechanics of the reformer, how to move, transition, find safety and alignment in your body and on the reformer, please email us to schedule. No matter which class you choose, our instructors will be there to offer guidance and support every step of the way!

What should I bring to class?

For studio classes, a mat, a water bottle, and a sweat towel. For Pilates Reformer classes, a water bottle, hand towel and grippy socks (we have grippy socks in studio for purchase should you need them.) In case you forget your mat, or don’t have one, worry not, as we offer mat rentals for just $2. You do not need a mat for the Pilates Reformer classes. While we do not sell water, we do provide a water station for refilling your own bottle. We supply all other studio props needed for classes, but if you have your own, feel free to bring them!

Do you have mat rentals for class?

We are pleased to offer mat rentals for just $2, ensuring that you can fully enjoy your experience even if you forget or don’t have your own.

Do I need to sign up for class ahead of time?

We strongly encourage you to pre-register for the class to ensure a smooth check-in process and secure your spot. For studio classes, walk-ins are welcome, however, an account is required and you will need to have this completed prior to arriving, or arrive 10 minutes prior to class to create your account and sign in. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee availability. For Pilates Reformer classes, pre-registration is required. We are excited to have you in class!

Is there a minimum age to take classes?

Yes, students must be a minimum of 12 years old and have a signed waiver from their parent or guardian. Students aged 12 to 14 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times during classes. Students aged 15 to 17 may participate without their parent or guardian present, provided that a signed waiver is submitted.

How long are classes?

All studio Yoga classes have a duration of 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. The duration of workshops and special events varies and will be specified in the details. All Fusion Fit classes and Pilates reformer classes are 45 minutes.

What if I’m late, can I still come to class?

Our studio doors will be locked at the start of each class. This protocol is established to guarantee the safety and uninterrupted flow of our classes, and to demonstrate respect for the time of our students and teachers.

What is your cancellation/no show policy?

We require a minimum notice of 2 hours before the scheduled class time to facilitate the cancellation of your reserved class. Please be advised that we enforce a $15 no-show policy, which may result in a charge to your registered card or the removal of a class from your package. Additionally, late cancellations will incur a $10 fee or result in the deduction of a class from your package.

Are my class packages sharable?

Absolutely! When sharing your class packages, please ensure that the recipients have their own account with a signed waiver. Please note that memberships cannot be shared.

What are your business hours and how do I contact someone?
