Join us for a chill hour of Yin Yoga + Assists with Crystal. Relax and unwind with gentle hands-on assists. Class is included in memberships, $10 to drop ins for non members. Don’t forget, you need to purchase the $10 community class event credit, register and grab your spot (YC members get their discount automatically at checkout)!
